Scratching Noise

hi guys

can anyone help me? im getting this scratching noise from what i think is the right rear brake disc everytime i turn left.

everything seems to be ok if i turn right and i dont get this from the left rear disc.

and btw the car has been lowered cud this cos the problem :help:

Have you checked there isn't a stone trapped in the shield? That can sound like the noise you describe.

I've got a similar problem too

The noise happens when driving uphill, turning left.

I've taken the car to Toyota several times but the problem is still there.

The problem is only intermittent (sp)

A friend told me that the brake disc could be warped.

If anyone know what I can do to fix it please let me know

Could be you have something stuck between the break pad and disc or that your pads have worn too low. My girlfriends brothers Clio made a similar noise from the front right that was due to his brake pad had worn too low and was making sounds even when he didnt brake strangely! just a thought. If you can, have a look at the discs and check for any fresh looking scratches.
