Well after waiting ages for parts and wrong parts being ordered by Toyota I finally have my EP82 rear disc conversion on and all the calipers are painted a nice dark metallic blue :hokus-pokus:

If anyone wants to follow the same route and buy new OE parts I thought I'd make it a little easier for anyone and post the part numbers needed

O/S rear caliper 47730-10120

N/S rear caliper 47750-10120

Rear pads 47750-18010

Pad shim kit 04946-16010

Pad fitting kit 04948-16010

Rear discs and bearing x2 42403-19105

Inner bearing seals x2 90311-38037

O/S backplate + bracket 47803-10010

N/S backplate + bracket 47804-10010

Caliper mounting bolts x4 90119-10260

Backplate mounting bolts x8 90119-10447

O/S cable 46420-18010

N/S cable 46430-18010

And finally stainless hoses from Dave Burwash on gtturbo..com

Check the cable part numbers as I'm not 100% sure if I have them the right way round

You will need to make 10mm sleeves for the front nipple part of the cable as the Turbo ones are only 8mm and they will also only mount at one point on the chassis so use a cable tie for the other, you'll also need two nuts and bolts to attach the cables to the caliper.

My car is now ready for some power  but it's gonna be a while as I'm now skint!!! :(

Thats if you can get a reply from them mate <_<

In total just over 700 quid + fitting, which I know sounds a lot but you could spend 350 on a second hand set up and have to replace discs, calipers etc and I have a warranty on all the parts ;)

Fitting is an absolute doddle and anyone can do it but I just got one of our garage customers to do it for me in case of any unforeseen problems and I don't have the luxury of a two post ramp :( . As it happens the lad who did it already knew what problems he'd run into as I'd already told him

add any parts / procedures needed to make that work on an ABS equipped paseo and you'd be a godsend :)

Never seen one close up mate, but I would assume the discs will need machining so the abs ring will sit inside. This would then need tacking in place with weld

You'd then need to make provision for the abs sensor to sit in the right position with maybe a hole fashioned in the backplate

Best and easiest option would be to find someone with a GT + ABS and strip the rear brakes down to see if the abs rings are the same size/pitch as yours then just substitute the above disc number for abs ones
