Hey again everyone,

am just looking into sortin out some NOS :D for my yaris. Was wondering if anyone had experience/advice on this.

Yeah..............don't.

u mite wana elaborate on that...

simple - long term screws ur engine up, depends on what shots ur using - speak with jaxx as i believe back in the day he had nos on briefly also run a search as im sure this topis has already been discussed :thumbsup:

aye tried it for a day :yes:

and ill agree.. anything less than a 2.0 and its just a gimmick, i wont lie that it didnt make the engine more powerful as it did funilly enough!

but even though we ran it 'wet' with the fuel solenoid and 25bhp jets, it still went a bit crappy, im thinking it was due to the lambda sensor thinking 'what the hell is going on, i didnt chuck that much fuel in'

plus with little engines it very easily burns the valves out... not good

so it came back off and was fitted to a V8 disco with 75bhp jets... and that went like the clappers, but thats the difference with 4 extra pots and a pile of cast iron to throw round. you really do need a good solid engine to take the additional stress and pressure of nitrous
