Speaker Hitting Speaker Grill

Hiya when I have my Speakers turned up loud or when deep bass is played my front components hit the speaker grill on the door. I have some focal 16.5 cm components. I currently have them mounted on the old speaker adapter (cut they Speakers out and mounted new 1s on it). What is the best thing to do as it is really really annoying?

Turn the music down :P Or maybe buy some autoleads adaptor forthe Speakers?

Autoleads as far as I can tell dont do a speaker adapter for the yaris. Any ideas? I am tempted to make one myself out of wood if I cant find one.
