Last Friday morning a Sera was delivered here for work.

However, there is no indication of who owns it, or what is wrong with it. No ID, no number plates.

Who owns it? Is it anyone on TOC?

Its got a UAE plate in it.

I think it belongs to a foreign student at either the University of Sussex at Brighton or the Uni at Portsmouth - there are letters to someone in the car, dated 2000-2002. Nothing more recent.

There is also a single shoe, and a packet of strepsils, so we're looking for a one legged student with a sore throat.
