Came out today, Battery dead. :(

Don't know how good the original is/ how long it's been on the car....

Battery type is 38B19R-MF..tiny terminals...only English I can find on it... :(

Went to local 'automotive factor' shop..he reckons he can get me an equivalent for €60..

I have no idea if this is a fair price as I haven't looked around as yet.

Battery is tiny...there is plenty room on the tray/in engine bay for a larger type battery..I am in the middle of sorting out a boot install/new headunit/speakers etc. that will probably draw plenty more current....

So.. all you Irish Cynos owners (and UK Paseo owners) I need recommendations from anyone that has had to replace/upgrade..and no I can't afford any redtop/yellowtop sealed affairs  -just don't have any spare cash... Ok not true .. I'm Scottish and tight with money for essential items, spending extravagantly on unneccesary items wherever I see fit ( only if i can hypnotise.. I mean persuade SWMBO that It would be a benefit in the long run)..

id overcome the scottish stereotype and just get a yellowtype or something or other

or you could go for an Oddyssey Battery....slightly cheaper, but apparently better performing
