Managed to immobilize my Rav. Got it towed to a Toyota garage and they completely removed the immobilzer, which they forgot to mention on the phone. When I got to the garage and tried my alarm and central locking,it didn't work. Adivised the guy in the garage who checked with the mechanic. They advised they had taken out the immobilizer but the central locking should work and they will take it back into the garage and fix it free of charge, but as my Rav is old they may not be able to get another immobilzer. My car insurance is invalid without an immobilizer.

Does anyone know if there are replacement immobilzers out there and how much it should cost getting it replaced.
