Help! Which Wire On Alternator

My stereo has and annoying buzzing sound coming from the Speakers which is starting to drive me mad.

I have bought a supressor to fit from Halfords but it says on the instructions to connect it to the thickest wire on the alternator. I had a look and the thickest wire is connected to the body of the alternator so is obviousley a earth and there are 3 more wires which are all the same thickness. which one do I connect it to.

Please help me before I go insane!! :blink::help:

someone help me please its driving me mad I also noticed today the buzzing is worse when the passengers seat is forward :eek: confusing
