Its a blow off valve blanking plate. For when you remove the stock item from the intercooler pipework.

so you can fit one to the pipework on a Tee piece

but if you buy a spanking new HKS, Blitz valve etc, it comes with a fitting so you can rop it straight on the original factory mount

and even ya missus can fit it! well mine could :D

the newer SSQV's dont have the adjustment screw, HKS removed it due to people setting it incorrectly ;)
