UPDATE

well i had my first chemo few weeks ago, it's do-able ;)

however i have felt crap,sick and very very tired,

My hairs fallin out in clump's

They are taking loads of blood,i'm like a pin cushion

And as from today's hospital visit i'm under house quarantine for a few days :(

due to having no immune system :D

oh and my brain's started going a little la-la

Having no hair would have it's benefits too, no waiting around reading 4 year old magazines & newspapers, no making conversation while some1 messes about with sharp razors around your head, no blatently-too-expensive bills, sounds good to me.

Hi folks thought i'd let you know how it's all going,

I'm half way through my chemo i've had 4 doses of Epi i had that once every 3 weeks,

and i'm now on cmf, i have this twice every 4 weeks.

i have 2 drugs into my vein and 1 in tablet form that i have to take for 14 days every 4 weeks.

The tablet is frightening :shutit: they told me NOT to touch it with my fingers,as it will burn my skin!

so i swallow them instead 3 a day

I've had my good and bad days, i get very tired very quick,most days i feel like s**t to be honest !

i spend most days on my pc, you lot keep my mind active

hopefully i'll make it to a few meets now the seasons getting closer,heres a recent picture in case you dont

reconognise me at the meets!

i'll keep this updated when i remember

Ironic isn't it, the chemo that makes you better makes you feel terrible during it. My mam got through hers and has a clean bill of health now, I'm looking forward to you posting that you are all sorted too
