Sienta In The Uk - Nearly On The Road!

I posted back in April (here) that I was moving back to the UK and wanted to bring my Sienta back with me. I am now finally here (well, I've been here for three months) and it looks like my Sienta may finally be registered by the end of next week. The final hurdle (finding somebody to insure it) was overcome on Friday and assuming there were no problems during it's test on Friday at the Liverpool SVA test centre (they haven't told me there was) I should be driving it by the end of next week. Good - the hire car is costing the company a fortune.

Now I have one final thing to do (apart from recover from the financial walloping and large wads of stress the whole thing has given me). Put a car stereo into it. Are the connectors in import cars the same as UK cars? Will the voltages etc be the same? The area where the stero will be mounted looks similar to a Yaris. Wondering if I am about to embark on another nightmare or will this be simple.

Advice, abuse, large wads of money - anything accepted on this issue.
