check your earths, most electrical faults are earths or fuses, you may need to strip off the door cards to find all the earthing points, one way of checking if the acutators are all working from the drivers side is to unplug the plugs then plug back in again you should hear an electrical click and the doors lock, might be that your cdl unit has given up the ghost.

as for the windows could be a fuse you might have missed or again an earthing problem hard to say without being there to look at it.
