Are you referring to the Sony double DIN unit, with CD and Tape players in the same unit?

If this is the case, then I should imaging a Sony recommended repairer would be the best choice.

But if it's the standard single DIN unit, which i presume is made by Matsu****a or Fujitsu then maybe it's just time to renew it?
