Can I Get Cruise Control On My Yaris Linea '99?

I just bought a used Yaris Linea '99 and I miss having a cruise control. Is it possible to install it on this model?

I remember reading about this in a thread ages ago but i cant seem to find it!

Im sure it was possible!I think it was on a stalk like the indicator mechanism!
