My mate's a mechanical muppet and he fitted lambo doors to a smart roadster in a weekend ... so they can't be THAT hard??

To a Smart Roadster? Cool!

That black Yaris with the suicide doors has been posted before (but years ago...). What always amazes me is that the person went to all that bother but then kept the standard pleb-Yaris (as opposed to T-Sport) seats and windey windows!

I had a set custom made for my last car.I bought a set from America for a Civic and then positioned against my car. Then cut through the kit. placed the cut up kit against the original bold holes vacated by my original hindges and then had it tack welded, taken off the car and welded properly..This way the cars original hindge holes were kept and it could be swapped over in a few hours if need be...The wiring is very easy to re-route...The Decah door kit i used is still going strong now and thats been a few years so far...

True, but if you're going to all that bother on the doors would you not just extent the wiring along the inside of the sills and in through the other end of the door?

Even I would go to that bother...
