And for those of you that want to know how much this actually sold for just a few days ago you can visit

http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=50067

aka £7000

Not that it makes any difference... If the demand is there for a car.. the car will sell and people make a living of finding cheaper cars and selling them on.

Thats life bud... you can do it too.. no one stopping ya..

Hehe ah Im gutted as it is a bargain. I would have snapped it up at that price but saw it too late. Indeed Im not that bitter!!! And I say fair play to you and it was sold too cheap.

fortunately Im an optimist so there'll be more at that price. Its just keeping an eye out.

HI mate,

to be honest i didnt realise it was a bargain until AFTER i bought it and then saw the comment on the mkiv site... this is the 1st import that i've owned.. however after buying a friend of mine is after me to sell it to him as he wants to shift it to some1 he knows in Sweden...!

hiya rash

see youve got it on e bay now nice motor !!

bidding is flyin up

it always seems a bit strange how the bidding on e bay differs

traders seem to get LOADS of bids

ide go so far as to say

if i was being CYNICAL (obviously ime not) :D

it almost looks as though they are getting friends to artificially boost prices

£5800 --£8700 with two days to go!!!!

***** its a good job ime not cynical :D :D

I was surprised at the level of interest also - I had over 10 questions within the 1st 2 days..!!i have taken a deposit on it today through eBay... i think a lot of people bid on eBay from trade as the majority tend to describe the cars 110% straight - tell you ALL the good and BAD things..

Some private individuals can miss on things that a trader would pick up on (such as previous paintwork or any maechanical faults as they are not the much 'car wise') BUT at the same time some traders do bullsh** in their ads..

I think a genuine car priced realistically will sell no hassle whether it be on eBay or autotrader....
