Spark Plus Gap

I know this question is going to sound stupid but could someone tell me the correct Gap on spark plugs for a 1990 Toyota Supra Turbo Manual? I think I might of been advised wrong recently. :)

Thanks for the advice well the last sparks I bought were cheap NGK ones at 35 pounds. I think they gap wasnt set right and well i now bought the gold/plat ones preset should be perfect.

Will install tomorrow :) £81.26 is not cheap but they didnt do anything else..

they are the reccomended plugs I'm afraid :(

I really need to change mine........ on both cars
