Presently own a Sera and fancy a change to a more powerful car as i drive for 1.5 hours a day to work and back.

I was very interested in getting a Soarer too, although I decided against it for various reasons:

the 2.5TT offers outrageous performance for what seems so little money

the V8 versions offer sublime comfort for so little money.

but I felt the increase in comfort and speed was offset by the big increase running costs and potential cost if something went wrong.

I went for a Lancia Montecarlo track car as a weekend car instead - keeping the Sera for daily driving duties.

www.lexusclub.co.uk is a good place to look, although Jimi has closed the forum for some reason

Talked to a guy at a place called New Cars Direct (think thats also the URL fir em...) who seemed knowledgable and promised a grade 4, under 40,000m car for under 5K. Everything payed.

Does that sound possible/reasonable?hey charge £500 for the service for themselves per car.....
