Handbrake

I pull my hand brake @ about 40kmph and the car doesn't skid and try also to skid her by handbrake.

Year ago i had a toyota corsa which the same model of the tercel but the japan version. This was easy to skid her from the back and had abs too.

My Vitz doesn't skid. It this faulty or it is standard that the handbrake doesnt skid and brakes the car.
