50k/5yr Service On E11 Facelift

Hi all - nearly time for my cars 50k/5yr service, and I was wondering if somebody could tell me what they do as part of this service as it seems to be a very expensive oil and filter change! According to the manual it is just a "health and safety" minor service, but every dealership I have asked has quoted me £135-£160 for the service which seems quite a lot to me.

yeah thats about the right price, will be about £30 for parts and the rest labour! everything that needs doing for the service will be in the haynes manual ;)

Do they do a Haynes manual for the ae111, either facelift or non-facelift?

I was gonna ask the same question about the Haynes! I'm still curious about why it takes a dealer an hour and a half to do an oil change :)

The genuine Toyota parts are closer to £80 than £30 as previously posted. I get mine serviced by a Toyota specialist using genuine parts and it still costs me £120.
