has anyone had the same problem when starting.

usually starts on the button but sometimes makes out the starter is faulty.

i have noticed though it only plays up when the gearbox and heater plug lights fail to illuminate when you turn ignition on.i have a thatcham cat 2 immobiliser fitted and wondered if they are connected.cause if you try and start without deactivating the immobiliser the same lights come on.any help appreciated as 40-50 pound an hour is a lot to trace a fault. cheers ray.
