Mr2 Alternator

i recently needed a new alternator and bought this one and it didnt fit because it was to big and i got a new one now thank goodness but just wondering what model mr2 this alternator had come from.

i know its hard to identify by pics but i thought i would give you lot a go lol

this is the one from my actual car mr2 gti uk car 1992

one from mine is on right ,,, and the left is the one i wna know about

could it be one off a celica, where it is mounted on top of the block instead of under it like on the MR2?
