Just wanted to know, I have noticed that in the spare wheel compartment there is a section where you can place tools. Are these supposed to already be there or are they an optional extra. The part Im talking about is the bit that holds the spare wheel in place.

If you mean the spongey grey material in the centre of the spare wheel, the only thing I had here was the wheel brace.

Handy space for keeping box for locking wheel nuts, spare bulbs, etc.

Yup. Mines just got the car jack in it and nothing else.

my jack and tools are in the right, behind the wheel arch, under the carpet
