Power Steering Noise

Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas why I get a noise like air leaking when i turn the steering. The Power steering fluid res is full. Could it be the power pump?

Is there any air in the system?

Go full lock left to right a few times and then take off the cap (let excess air out), if levels have gone down top it up again and try it again.

Otherwise...

Yeah its probably the pump.

If its a graunching sound that you can feel through the steering wheel I'd say its the pump......
