4e-fte Engine Mods

Alright guys, i'm probably getting an engine conversion done into my Vitz in the summer, and want to get a rough idea on what extra goodies i should be looking for when the conversion has been completed. First thing i want to change is the intercooler and stick in a FMIC, add a BOV and a decent airfilter. Can anyone else recommend some other things? and what intercooler/filter would be best?

I would change the exhuast manifold, maybe instead of a FMIC install a charge cooler (less lagg and better cooling)

the Ct9 turbo is only good for 180bhp so if you want more than that it's probably best if you replace it while the engine is out.
