on my celica gt4 st185 1992 model the boost gauge is stuck on full, the orange warning light is on (the fuel cut 1 that comes on when you hit fuel cut limit i think)

It is really chugging as well and undriveable ??

really stuck at the minute ,

any ideas.advice would be appreciated.

It has boost gauge and dump valve fitted, don't know if this has any relevance

Cheers

Sounds like you need to check the fault codes. All the info is around here somewhere. If you do a search I'm sure you will find it.

checked the fault codes, they indicate faulty water temp sensor, turbo intake sensor and something else !!

its going to garage tommorow so hopefully get it back sometime this week fixed

cheers for the advice

cheers mate that would be really great its currently in the garage at the minute and hes checking the airflow meter .

If he can't fix it I'm going to get it back as theres no point it being there really if he can't sort it

If its the airflow meter they are really expensive aren't they ??

probably try and get 1 at the scrapyard ?

I'll let you know how I get on , dying to get it back on the road !!

Cheers,

Jonathan

if you want any 2nd hand parts I would reccomend either www.nipponspares.com or www.jap-spares.com, I have used them both, and both know their stuff.
