replacement radiators are easy to find for the ST205's try TCB, as for the steering it sounds like your super strut suspension is in need of replacing

maybe just a Front steering rod (GT4 ST205 & ST202 super strut) screwes into end of steering rack .. part no. 45503-29525 mate ,as you dont mention knocking of sorts, have a look at those here its all under suspension http://www.tcbparts.co.uk/ , also check the ball joint on the front strut where it meets the hub - dont rule out the superstrut though :ffs: :censor: thing

let the car run hot on tick over and watch for the steam , could be a faulty rad cap or the cap on your charge cooler

yes with new struts, springs, brakes, hubs, and steering rack.that gives you wibbly wobbly mcphearson struts  proper suspension otherwise known.:thumbsup:

people ""dont knock"" the superstrut suspension , it does that on its own.

Yeah. Proper suspension on a proper car :P :P Ha. :D I was just wondering if it wouldn`t be a cheaper option assuming you had to do both sides. But looking at that lot probably not. Not that i have to worry about it cos i got wibbly wobbly stuff.:thumbsup:

could be toyota knew that the gen 6 was so reliable they needed an achilles heel to make money on it, so invented superstrut .????????

Totally agree with you on that. Still on the look out for a CHEAP Gen 6 engine and box. Stuff the suspension. I like life on the edge.

Sorry for the hijack Jonny. :D

I think it was Toyota Team Europe that devised the superstrut suspension, initially for the works rally cars. After a while they found that it was unreliable (failing rather than wearing out), and they stopped using it. They went back to the wibbly wobbly setup, cause it would at least get to the end of the rally. :P
