HI all,

I have just done something really stupid, I poured about 200ml engine antifreeze liquid into the screenwasher liquid container...

Does that matter? I know it's pretty serious if I did the other way round....

Depends how diluted it is. A lot of washer fluids actually contain anti freeze. Not too sure how diluted it would be though. You might be as well draining the washer tank and starting again.

Or pull the hose off under the bonnet and push the button to spray the windscreen

Can anyone show me a picture of the host under the bonnet? I don't wanna end up pulling off a random host :)

And is it easy to put it back in place?

Thx

Kevin

With Anti-Freeze. I wouldn't. You can get a syphon pump for a few quid at Halfords or any other motor shop.

And make sure you get it all out, and flush the bottle thoroughly. Anti Freeze can strip paint, so you don't want to be spraying it on your screen no matter how diluted it is.
