I am looking to replace the back Speakers with better ones. The Speakers i mean are the ones under the back passanger windows (next to the seats). Does anyone know how easily this can be done and what size Speakers will fit in there? Just thought id ask as it will save me taking it all apart just to have a look :)

the Speakers are 17cm in the rear of the car. You should be able to gain access to them by just popping the the cover off with a flat headed screwdriver. Just be carefull not to catch the other parts of the surronding interior. The only problem i had was gaining access to all off the screws as some are set a little under the the main interior cover. I just used a small ratchet to unscrew them. Hope this helps.

17 cms thats 6.5inches right? I got a pair of 6. kickers and when I came to install them in the front I found that they dont !Removed! fit in my 95 GT. The stock Speakers are 6. but it has a wide metal rim and the holes are spaced for 8 inch Speakers meaning I can't mount mine! :( That sucks! So if you can fit 6.5 in the back than let me know so I can install my kickers in the back instead.

the Speakers i have are alpine custom fit Speakers, where they have several possibly holes for !Removed! them on with and they went straight in apart from some of the screws like i said but this was because they were set under the large plastic cover. Had a similar problem to what you are describeing on the front door Speakers I know you can get speaker fitting kits from a company called armour automotive for around £13, I got some for my front door speakers when i had my paseo to convert the slightly larger holes to properly fit 10cm speakers Halfords should be able to get you some if they make them for the celica. Hope this helps i will have a look at mine for you to see where the screws are located at on the rear speakers.
