Wheel Sizes Mk1 Vs Mk2

Hi,

I'm looking to pick up some (preferably cheap) wheels so that I can fit winter tyres to my 04 D4D XT3. I've had a look at my local breakers yard and they have one new style RAV (with alloys) and a few Mk1 RAVs with steel wheels.

So, my question is, will the Mk1 wheels fit on my Mk2 and are there any other cars that I could look for as suitable donors. I know that the tyre size changed from 215/70 to 235/60 at some point, but for winter tyres I would actually prefer 215/70 as they should cut through snow better.

Well they are both 114mm stub pattern, so it just the offset ,and weather they clear the calipers, i'm sure you'll have the answer by the end of the day......guys
