any help would be appreciated as I really want my celica back on the road

it is currently in the garage and the mechanic is going to check the airflow meter

any help/advice would be appreciated to resolve the problem !

If the mechanic can't resolve problem thinking about taking it to a specialist

but I don't know any specialists in the area of Durham ??

does anybody know anyone with experience of GT4's around the durham area as unfortunately can't really drive car very far at the minute

engine diagnostic codes are :-

22 Water Temp Signal

32 Air Flow Meter Signal

35 Turbo charging pressure signal

the car drives for a few hundred yards, then starts chuggung and boost gauge sticks on full, engine warning light comes on ,

then engine warning light goes out and boost gauge drops back down to normal

cheers,

Jonathan

22, THW = either a faulty coolant temp sensor or a bad connection. Easy to check with a multimeter.

As for error 32 and your boost gauge sticking on full, it sounds like you wastegate is seized or the actuator not working properly, that's the only cause of excessive boost pressure.
