have a problem with my avensis....

turned the engine on and about 3 mins later the VSC, VSC Off and malfunction indicator lights came on, and still stay on even when i shut down the car and re-start it....anybody know whats up wit it.

This happens to me about once every two months. I have no idea what causes it as whenever I take my car to get it checked, the problem has gone away. The problem has never lasted more than 24 hours.
