That's brilliant, congratulations, I don't think I'll ever forget the day I passed my test, I remember it in great detail, the learning begins now though as they say, take it easy

Ditto.

Congrats Blitz, and wishing you many a safe year of motoring. ;)

I pass 2nd time too, but then again, I wasn't really in any rush as I was already roadworthy at the time (If you can call my lunacy on 2 wheels roadworthy....). :D

Congrats on passing your test. How many minors?

Just take it steady for a while, dont wrap your car, its easy to especially in winter.

Thanks all :D well i took my first solo trip out to school and back and after hearing that one of my friends managed to ****** his fiesta into something stationary im gonna be doubally careful.

@ Woody - i worked it out to be about 30 lessons over 7 months - but it sounds like my instructor has a reputation for being slow (but thats not a bad thing imo - it makes sure im getting a full experience)

last time round i got 11 minors and a major for failing to check my blindspots when changing lanes

This time i got only 4 (guess i wasn't really ready before) - 2 for mirrors when signaling, use of footbrake (not sure what i did there) and one for being hesitant (i thing staring into the sun at a t-junction was the issue there)

O right cool im just trying to figure out whether i will be driving by summer as my birthday is in Febuary and preferably want to be driving before July! 5 Months shouldnt be too short a time to learn in then if you say that was relatively slow :D Cheers mate and good luck with future driving!

P.s. Bet it felt good driving your yaris to school for first time :D You sound as if you get a bit of stick for your white yaris but deep down you know it kicks all there cars asses in every respect! :P Best of luck to you!
