I am considering buying an '99 Bug Eye G6R Corolla and am wondering about a few things...

- What sort of suspension is fitted? Has it got a rear axle or independant sus?

- Is there an aftermarket steering wheel hub available for it?

- Has anyone every done a 4wd conversion on a corolla of this age?

- What colour does the dash light up?

1. independant suspension not superstrut

2. mr2 hub will fit which will allow you to stick on a new steering wheel. There is a TRD Airbag streering wheel that will fit but thats 500 quid.

4. I think the only people that have done 4wd on an ae111 are TTE.

G6's had choice of 3 0r 5Dr

G6R's only came in 3dr (as far as I know)

On my G6 the dash Light's up RED and the centre console is green.

The G6R might be different to the G6, where's GI JOE 90, Firthy or Fine cactus?

the dash lights on my G6R light up red (honeycomb effect) and the console lights up green. 4WD! you won the lottery or something!

I am really interested in the car, and am considering a "project". Not really lookin at going as far as 4wd conversion. But that would be an ideal.
