Rattle Noise From Front Suspension

Hello again

I have a corolla E12 Facelifted 1.4 sedan with about 30.000 km and when i drove at low speeds over rough surface (like brick road) i hear a small rattle from the front suspension like something is loose.

Any one with the same noise problem?

Rattles in Corollas are characteristic of their bad assembly. But if you suspect the suspension you should measure the shocks' performance. Somebody said that Toyota considers them failed if they perform below 55% and replaces them under guarantee.

I know about the corolla ratles but this seems to be a little more surius from the other ratles i have.

Another person with an Avensis had the same ratle and they have changed the steering whell pillar.

So if any one with the same problem please reply...

I had suspension rattles on my gti, im sure your shock or your spring is NACKARD!! and you may think, but theyre ont that old, my Gmax are BRAND NEW and the 2 back ones are SHAFTED< need to send em back!!

so i would say your shocks are a gonner!!!
