I am thinking of purchasing a Sera and would like to know what to look out for when i go to look at one and also what if any are the common problems/faults they have.

The commonest problem is the door struts. They sag after a decade or so, but it's not a tricky job to replace them.

Otherwise, check the glass and bodywork carefully, as these are unique and can be a bit on the tricky side to source quickly. The engine is usually no problem ( check the usual as you would with any cars.)

The Sera was a single model vehicle, with a huge optional extra package - so values can be dependant on what options are fitted to a specific car.

Andrew, at the above link, regularly has cars for sale, and these ones all have some kind of known history.
