Hi there, im currently taking on an engine conversion on my corolla, ive got a 4age in sound condition and will be dropping it in the rolla in the summer, however i wanna upgrade some of the parts to get it running a bit more power, my target is the 150bhp mark, anyone on here got a 4age (stupid question i know) and has anyone modified it, just wanna know what the best options are available to me :thumbsup:

i tuned mine in my corolla it was a screamer.kent fast road 272' cams metal head gasket full rebuild fse fuel regulator 10mm racing ht leads and a super chip but i wouldnt recomend the chip coz it was crap and devoloped a missfire

but in that spec it was 150 160bhp and used daily to work with out one break down witch is more than i can say for the metro i now drive(it was free).

Why not just go for the 4A-GZE Supercharged version out of the JDM Mk1 MR2. They're about 165bhp as standard and with a set of oversized pulley's you can easily get 190-200 bhp.
