so no one has an easy solution then?? ;)

apart from pay someone else to do it, no. only takes coulple of hours once you get going, well worth it though. that stuff is all over the floor and the weight is over 30kgs, which is big saving when you add to the fact no rear seats, carpets, ect ect

if you can get it....dry ice, pour it on leave a couple of mins, then beat the hell out the material, the ice will freeze it, and hopefully it will break up.....

How much weight do you hope to save by doing this? :bookworm:

on average, if you can get rid of all of the stuff , around 50kilo, should be easily attainable

so many people dont relise how much difference it makes to cut the weight of your car down. make your car better in every way, speed, braking ect. thats why i never see the point in big Speakers and tv's ect

how come you are going for 3sgte lump rather than tuned 4age?

simple aint no replacement for displacement.did tune it to 160bhp then thought if i turbo it etc means new pistons limited boost so might as well start with a bigger already turboed engine

If you are building a track car. yeh 5kg, 50kg matters but a everyday drive. Keep the stuff you want to be able to talk to the passager! that 16yr old bird sitting beside you has to here the magic words 'here doll! how's about it then! cause i'll put where ever you want sexy! ' (said in a VERY glasgow 'NED' way')
