Changing The Aerial

Some delightful fellow spat a throat full of phlem over my car and worse, ripped off my aerial. Anyone know

a - where the best place to get a new aerial is and

b - how do you swap the aerial? Is it a case of unscrewing and !Removed! the new one back on?

id say get a nice little bee sting or halfrauds or the friendly eBay! and its just a case of screw off screw on hoped that helped

Cheers for that, I was worried that I'd have to do something with the wire that runs through it. That wire was the only thing holding it on the other morning!

as long as the screw hasnt snaped from the aerial i dont see there being any problem

No the base is there, the only bit snapped is the flexible wand like thingy! (I'm good with technical terms!) I'll look in Halfords tonight.

Tried to unscrew the aerial. No chance. Even plyers just burred the grooved plastic around the base. Great.

it will come off my mate had 2 screw it off for me mine was on tighttt aswell
