Dodgy Clutch / Gearbox ?

Hi all, over the last week or so, I have noticed a slight knock each time I lift the clutch after changing gear. It is not very loud, and is a single knock each time. It doesnt happen every single time, but almost.

This morning when pulling in to work, I noticed a slight grinding type of noise which appeared to be coming from below the gearbox....does anyone know if these are related in any way - or if my clutch needs attention. Could it be something that just needs adjusting ?

Could be anything. The Clutch plate, release bearing, master cylinder.

Best to get it checked by a good garage
