Avensis 2004, Driver's Seat Defect.

Hi all!

My Toyota Avensis (1.8 vvti SW) 2004 is now with 20.000 miles and no problem so far (no oil consumption). There is, however, a strange defect on the driver's seat, some nylon strings dilated somehow, and are now about 2 to 4" loose (but uncut, as if they had been stretched beyond the elastic limit and cannot return to the original size) right on the middle of the seat, just bellow the driving wheel. The Toyota dealer will repair it for free under the warranty. Does anyone know of similar defect?

Ola!! =D epah no nosso isso n acontece, e n tem falhas de maior, a n ser um risquinho d milimetros no tablier junto ao computador d bordo, n sei se e' o teu primeiro toyota, mas quanto a nos q desde sempre os tivemos, esta geraçao de agora, estao longe de ser os "carros de combate" toyota, posso-te dizer q os carros assim familiares, estao mto longe da robustez e durabilidade da hilux e da hiace (ambas made in japan :P)
