Early And Late Gti Calipers, Are They The Same?

Are the rear calipers the same for tvis(87-89) and non tvis (89-92?

To my knowledge yes they are, it was the front calipers that were larger on the non TVIS GTi's.

Thanks alot l4agze, i just bought some Brand new calipers for rear off this guy for 60.00 and he sold me all the handbrake cables for 10.00 :) well happy!!!

i did suspect they were the same but its reasurring that sum1 else thinks so too

They are alsothe same as AE102 GXi, AE111 G6R, and ZZE112 SR (if I'm even remembering them correctly as actually having rear disc brakes!) calipers as well, just with different brackets to accomodate the larger 266mm discs. Pads were the same as well.
