Was reading the latest edition of Car Magazine and it voted it best small / mini (something like that) car of ther year.

The praises also stated that it sounded like a BMW M3!?

Never been in one so cant compare although I'm sure its no bad thing!

I did also read somewhere else that someone thought it sounded like a (junior admittedly) Porsche 911. Personally, I think it kinda sounds individual...

It sounds unique because it only has 3 cylinders which gives it an offbeat kinda noise.

ESP was standard on all Smarts, until Smart brought out a limited edition forfour with drum brakes and no ESP, kept the electric windows and remote locking though DUH!
