i need a Stereo wiring diagram for my 94 carina e. i especially need to know which wires are ignition and live etc...

dont really need the speker wires!

best way to do this is with a multimeter, when you take the old sterio out find an earthing place (metal part of interior attached to chassis) and use your positive node on the wires to record the voltages, one should be constant 12-16v one should be 12-16v when key is on accessory (first notch on key turn).

depending what sterio you have in at the moment, mine was a blaupunkt and had all the wiring labels on the top of it so it was a quick job, it shouldnt be to harder job, just be careful with the wires!
