Hi and merry Xmas to all.

Before the dry-riser incident (crahed through new kitchen roof and another story), me and the missus needed some heavy duty cutting gear - pronto. Went on screwfix website and purchaced a 9" angle grinder. Following day it arrived with free catalogue. Following morning whilst in our library (smallest room in the house) I was thumbing through said catalogue and found to my surprise a picture of a seven hundred quid car port which was covering a red mk 111 supra. I always thought screwfix were dealers in tat. Now I must say that they have excellent taste. There is no better looking car in the world, as we all know. For those who have seen this I appologise, for those who haven't, here is the link to the website image. The carport is crap and overpriced but beneath lies the jewel in the crown.

Oh

Regards

Michael

ScrewFix obviously know how crap the car port is, that's why they've put the best  possible car under it in order to have a bettter chance of selling it.

There are three "facelifts" of mk3 supra.. Although usually people only refer too the teo with the biggest changes!!!

the first one (usually knows as pre facelift is like yours, main noticable bits: no middle bit on the front bumper, one piece rear spoiler, different thinner steering wheel with central mount cruise control buttons, different instrument needles and writing, different indicator stalks, silver heater buttons etc

What is usualy refered to as the facelift has the extra middle bit on the front spoiler, black heater controls, smoother indicator stalks, three piece spoiler, chnunkier steerign wheel with diffirent cruise controls, import cars got the three piece tail lights (see either of mine in garage, the black one is this type)

the last type was a variation of the face lift:

new style oval toyota Badge at the front, larger front Speakers, extra Speakers at the back, centre console flippy store compartment replaced with a small cubby hole and auto head light level control, black interiors now avaliable, improved rust protection (apparently) nasty saw blade wheels replaced with smooth 5 spokes.

like the grey one in my toc garage ;)
