Its a problem with a non Toyota, its VW Bora Diesel, maybe some diesel car owners can help me

when I swich the ignition on it sounds like there a three buzzing noise, (like relays clicking on and off quickly)

I also get these four messages randomly

1) STOP

2) Brakes faulty

3) Imobilz Active

4) Service

the speedo and rev counter neadle is hovering and the fuel neadle keeps going up and down

I cant check the voltage as I dont have a multimeter with me, left it in Florida

Its a bit awarkward to roll the car off the drive to see if I can jump start it with my car

Ive got a 6A Battery charger, If I try to start the car will I break the charger

Or is it because of the cold weather

how long has it been stood?

sounds like the batterys dead and the clicking noise is the starter solenoid

the message could be because the brakes could be frozen

the clicking/buzzing may be the starter switch as it does this on alot of new cars

do not try use a 6A charger to start the car,

try charging the Battery while off the car then try see if that makes a difference

its dead then without question

also let it run for 10 mins to get the oil flowing

ill say this but with it being a modern car it might get away with it, but you might need to pump the primer if the fuel has gone back to the tank ;)

yup it was the Battery

The alarm went off as soon as I unlocked the car, but I could not disarm it. I could disarm it as soon as I attached the charger.

the car was ment to be started 30mins a week by someone else who forgot.
