i just need to get him a car with a kit installed...

or just the kit..

Noooo if you can get a kit at 1/4 the price clearly go for some awesome Axis kit or rare japanese kit or something!!! I guess he needs a model to base it on so you could just like sculpt one in wood or something so he got all dimensions and that and it be custom :D That way you can have a totally custom kit! It such a waste if your gona model on a poo kit when you could effectively have any kit ever!

Get the C-One carbon kit that would look

but its fibreglass so not the same effect, and infact its hardly very interesting for what it is. I reckon more Axis or maybe go for something crazy like a photoshopped looking yaris (as you were gona go for carzone which is hardly subtle)
