Please, can somebody help, the heater buttons do not do anything, does anyone know how i can check these ??

Have checked the 15amp fuses by the steering wheel and they are OK, also have checked to see if there is power in the connection to the switch and there is 12volts,

the face vent button is light up and the blowers work, but can not change the air direction :ffs:
