Help A Newbie. Pleeeeeeeease.

Can anyone help with these questions-at he the risk of sounding like an idiot.... Without the long story I bought a tarted up dog(unintentionally) of a mk4 hilux and need some help. 1- what is the little orange light that shows an oil can with waves under it on the dash? 2- there is backlash from the diff when you let out the clutch. Can this be easily cured? 3- There is a lot of oil in the engine bay around the oil pipes to the turbo but i cant see where its coming from. The engine is a new(recon) item but the turbo is original. :( Sorry for all the questions but any help would be really appreciated. Cheers Almost forgot. Anyone able to tell me what the correct wheel/tyre size should be as i think the speedo is under reading.And it smokes pretty heavily too.
