Heaters ?

Like i have explained before, Have checked the 15amp fuses by the steering wheel and they are OK, also have checked to see if there is power in the connection to the switch and there is 12volts :ffs:

The face vent button is light up and the blowers work, but can not change the air direction.

Surely there must be some way of fixing this problem

I'm not too familair with the ep82 mate buy what you saying is the blowers work but you cannot move the air about from say blowing onto the window to blowing at your feet?

The switch to move the air direction is it buttons or a twist dial?

If it;s a dial i think these have a mechanical connection to the heater unit often a cable.

If not, maybe the multi connector has come loose at the back of the heater control panel?

the connection is fine, yes it has buttons and no i can not hear the motors going thats why it is stuck on the face vent :!Removed!:

are you on the toyota gt turbo site mate go to that and speak to Jay he will probally have some bits cheap you could buy to sort the problem.
